Lovely relaxed atmosphere, food and drinks were terrific. Super friendly service.

Vert good food and service. Half rack of pork ribs was large and very meaty, plus good sized "roper's" salad.Will come back again.

I'm just travelling through this small town but the waitress treated me like we've been best friends for years. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is pure country, not my favorite but that's not as important to me as a great steak.

Went there for my birthday. Excellent steaks. Always first class friendly service. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Always enough food to take home.

Great atmosphere and excellent food

I would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area. The food was amazing, we had a party of three and all of use loved the food. All of the staff were so friendly to all of us and treated us like we had been friends with them for years even though it was our first time meeting them. If you are in town go here, your tastebuds will thank you.

Traditional American steak house, not a drive by. Other reviewed raved it and it is as good as they said. Steaks done right, loaded baked potato, this is your father's steak house, thankfully a few do still exist! Come hungry, we didn't have room for desert!

I had heard of Snaffle fame throughout the locals, so I had high expectations. Been on the road all day, and man I wanted a high caliber steak.Came in. Sit down. The whole menu was sold out, with exception to burgers.The waiter said, everyone came to eat lunch there that day.He apologized to us.Then added, " But we got good burgers."Being hungry, I ordered a burger. Unbelievable juicy, tasty meat. It was down-right yummy and generous as was the staff. -Rachel Lee

Was passing through, planning on going to Grubsteak. As luck would have it- Grubsteak was closed. I was SO GLAD! Brenda was awesome!! The steaks are top quality. I had the ribeye and HOMEMADE tomato soup with baked potato. Highly recommend the Copper style. It is WELL worth the money. I promise you haven’t had anything similar before. I’ll definitely try to be back at some point!!

We were visiting family from out-of-state and really enjoyed eating at the Snaffle Bit. I had the ribs which were delicious. It's rare to find such a gem of a restaurant in such a small town. Make sure to get a reservation because the place fills up fast!

What a great place to eat! Their steaks are absolutely top of the line, and are cooked to perfection, and the garlic mashed potato are amazing! I had a veggie burrito, which was out of this world, and even their chips and salsa were delicious. When it comes to cocktails, you definitely get your money's worth! The staff is incredibly friendly, and you will not leave hungry!

Absolutely incredible the mushrooms alone on the dish was a meal in themselves and the piece of meat, a ribeye, it was absolutely fantastic

comes highly recommended by locals. Located a 10 minutes walk away from main street, if you plan to have a drink, plan on walking both ways as taxi's are a no option here. Western Character and charm, especially when the lady owner is is! Had the Steak special and have to admit I didn't like the endless toppings and the steak itself. Over all nice and friendly with a few cocktails on offer, worth checking out.

A great value for the money. I had the Steak Oscar with the sweet potato which did have s lot of butter but it was amazing. Portion control is not on the menu so expect a lot of food. My wife had the salmon and vegetables. I ordered a Martini and it was about an 6 ounce pour for $6. It's hard to beat this real American restaurant. We will be back!

Megan our waitress was a jewel of a server. The food was very well prepared and sooo filling. The baked potatoes were very delicious along with the Tenderloin Steaks. We met the owner, Brenda and definitely hope to return one day.

Excellent ribeye and the stuffed mashed potatoes were also fantastic. Among the best ribeye we've ever enjoyed.

Great food and cool atmosphere, the calamari is the best I've had probably anywhere!
